Siting of Work
Please note dates for installation and removal of large pieces requiring lifting equipment or assistance.
Installation of Works will take place ONLY on the following dates:
26th August 2010 (Thursday) between 9.30am and 4pm, or
28th August 2010 (Saturday) between 10am and 4pm.Installation of Large works
26th August 2010 (Thursday) between 9.30am and 4pm. Large works can be installed only on this day . Please arrive before 11am if assistance or lifting equipment is required.No installation should take place until the site is approved by the Botanic Gardens Management and the method of installation is discussed with a member of the Committee.
Artists should report to a committee member before installing any work. Siting will be under the control of a site coordinator (Ken Drew tel: 087 2393703) who will liaise with the Botanic Gardens Management.
Exhibition Dates
2nd September to 15th October 2010.Removal of Works
16th October 2010 (Saturday) between 10am and 4pm, or
18th October 2010 (Monday) between 9.30am and 4pm.Removal of Large works
18th October 2010 (Monday) between 9.30am and 4pm. Large works can be removed only on this day, Please arrive before 11am if assistance or lifting equipment is required.
